Gargling really does work but they must be done every 1/2 an hour to an hour. It is an excellent method to get the medicine right to the source of the problem.
Best Gargle I know:
- 1 cup sage tea
- 1 tbsp sea salt
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- pinch of cayenne
Mix well: gargle every 1/2 an hour. After 10-15 minutes follow with Throat Coat Tea to soothe and heal.
