I’m a senior at Plymouth Regional High School. My favorite subjects are French and Photography.
I wanted to become a TIGER because middle school wasn’t that long ago for me and I remember how big of an issue bullying was. To be able to help even one middle schooler that’s dealing with bullying is what makes doing TIGER so worthwhile.
People made fun of me throughout middle school for the way I acted. Kids always called me “fag” and “girl”. Unfortunately I didn’t know how to deal with it and never told anyone that I was picked on. The advice I’d give to kids in my situation is to remind themselves that everything gets better once you’re out of middle school. People mature and learn to accept others for who they are. No one is alone.
A boy after a recent show exclaimed that he loved when TIGER came to his school. Just seeing the happiness and gratitude coming from the kids is what touches me the most.
A lot of pop and show tunes are on my iPod. A few artists you’d find there are Rihanna, Nicki Minaj and Lady GaGa!
Music, cities, people and coffee. Life inspires me.
“Don’t you ever let a soul in the world tell you that you can’t be exactly who you are.”
― Lady Gaga
“Keep smiling, because life is a beautiful thing and there’s so much to smile about.”
― Marilyn Monroe
TIGER Song: The Lunchroom Rap
Musical: “WICKED” or “Ghost”
Movie: “Titanic”
Recording Artist: Nicki Minaj
Actor: Johnny Depp
Actress: Rachel McAdams
TV Show: “Chelsea Lately”
My favorite is the white tiger. It’s individual and beautiful.
“This year was our fourth year to host the TIGER Program for our school. Each year, you wonder if they can put together a program better than the previous year. Well they have and it was the best one yet! I would recommend hosting this program in your school.”
