Charles L. Currier Memorial Field
Behind the PE Center is Charles L. Currier Memorial Field, home of Plymouth State football. Currier Field has two renovated, two-level press boxes, for both the home and visiting teams’ media and coaching staffs. The visiting press box is set up to accommodate a television crew for live broadcasts. Behind the visitors stands is a large lighted practice facility. There are bleachers for both the home and visiting fans with a concession stand nearby. PSU's Undergraduate Commencement is also held on the field in May.

Known in Plymouth as “Mr. Football,” Charles L. Currier was associated with the PSU football program beginning in 1970, and played a major role in coaching, recruiting and attracting talent to the University until his death in 1982, including a stint as head coach in 1976 and 1977. For his service to the state of New Hampshire, Currier earned a Granite State Award from Plymouth State in 1973.
