Parking citation information is downloaded daily into the Iparq System at www.thepermitstore.com, if you receive a parking citation you may either mail it to the address on the citation envelope, or you may pay by credit card at www.scapay.com. Once the citation has gone 30 days without being paid or appealed the information is sent to the PSU Bursar's Office for billing. At that time the amount of the fine will double and you will be billed at the increased amount. Once you have been billed you may only pay the citation through the bursar's office. www.scapay.com will not be able to accept any payment of overdue parking citations.
It is your responsibility to pay or appeal your citation within the prescribed 30 day period. Once the fines have been doubled we can not reduce them to the original fee. This is our policy and the Bursar's Office cannot reduce your fines or make adjustments.
