
Melissa Levin has been working in the President’s Office since March 2004. She is responsible for assisting the President in carrying out the day-to-day and long-range operational and administrative responsibilities of the President’s Office, including scheduling, daily inquiries and correspondence. She also supports the President as a liaison between the USNH Board of Trustees, the President’s Cabinet, faculty, staff, alumni, government officials, the community, and other external organizations with whom the President has a significant affiliation.
Melissa is a PSU '01 alumna with a B.A. in French literature and a minor in Spanish. Before joining the President’s office, Melissa worked in the tourism industry and lived in Quebec. She and her husband own Mad River Coffee House in Campton, N.H.

Janet Capaul joined the President’s Office in October 2006. She is responsible for office communications and events. She also supports the President as a liaison to the USNH Board of Trustees, the President’s Cabinet, faculty, staff, alumni, government officials, the community, and other external organizations with whom the President has a significant affiliation.
Janet is an alumna of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, with a B.A. in American History. Prior to coming to PSU, Janet spent much of her career in resort marketing.
