To view student account information online, just
1. Log onto myPlymouth
2. Click the Student Services tab
3. Click "Student & Financial Aid"
4. Click "Student and Bursar Records"
5. Click "Online Bill: Current Year"
6. Select appropriate term (ex UG Fall 2008)
From here, undergraduate students can click the "Pay Now!" button next to the "Amount Due" field to make an online payment. Please note that the amount due will not carry over to the Quikpay system so be sure to print it out or write it down.
- Managing your payment profiles
- Through payment profiles, undergraduate students and/or authorized payers can store and maintain bank account information. This will save time in having to re-enter banking information with every payment.
- Designating authorized payers to make payments on your behalf
- This feature allows undergraduate students to assign an unlimited number of authorized payers to make payments on their behalf. Since the student initially establishes the authorization for the third parties, the system is completely FERPA compliant because the relationship is between the student and the third-party authorized payer.
Set-up:
1. Student accesses the online bill by logging in to myPlymouth.
2. Student clicks the "Pay Now" button.
3. Student selects "Authorized Payer" from the menu on the left.
4. Student clicks "Add New".
5. Student enters authorized payer's name and creates a username and password for him/her.
6. Student emails the user name, password and the following URL to the authorized payer: https://quikpayasp.com/usnh/psc/billpay/authorized.do
To Make A Payment
1. Authorized Payer goes to the URL the student provided (https://quikpayasp.com/usnh/psc/billpay/authorized.do).
2. Authorized Payer selects "Make Payment" from the menu on the left
3. Authorized Payer enters amount to be paid and clicks "continue".
4. Authorized Payer enters the bank routing number and account number and then clicks "Submit".
Note: The Authorized Payer is not asked to provide student information (Plymouth State University ID# or name) because that information is captured automatically based on his/her unique username and password.
It is a good security measure to change the password that was provided by the student when you access the site for the first time. Authorized payers, like students, will be able to establish their own payment profiles, arrange for e-mail notifications of their payments, and view only their own payment history.
- Setting user preferences allowing you and your parents/guardians to receive e-mail notifications of payments made on your behalf
- This feature allows undergraduate students to select the level of e-mail notifications they receive. It also allows them to add an additional e-mail addresses to which payment notifications will be sent.
- Quickly make payments to your account via e-check
- This is the option where e-check payments are initiated. Undergraduate students or authorized payers just enter the payment amount, click "continue" and enter their banking information. Once your payment request is confirmed, a Payment Receipt will be available for printing.
- View your payment history
- This feature provides a listing of online payments to your account.
