Suggested Furniture SuppliersBelow is an alphabetical list of vendors that you should contact when shopping for furniture. Please remember that any purchase, whether on PO or Pcard, up to $34,999 (including the shipping/delivery fees) requires that you obtain only one written quote prior to placing an order IF you purchase from one of the vendors listed below. Purchases over $35,000 still require a formal bid through our office regardless of whether or not you use the vendors below. If you use a vendor that is not listed you must request three quotes for purchases between $5,000 and $34,999 ($35,000 and over requires a formal bid through the Purchasing Office).
