In addition to the Manager, the area is staffed by eight Community Advisors (CAs) and a number of student office staff members.Langdon Woods houses 347 residents and provides convenient access to nearby Langdon Park. The south building has 107 double rooms each with a bathroom. The north building has 25 single rooms each with a bathroom and 26 four-person suites each with 4 single bedrooms, a furnished common living area and bathroom.
On the main floor students can enjoy the large common area complete with multipurpose room, computer cluster, lounge seating, wireless internet, and The Woods Cafe. There is also a kitchen available for resident use. Just down the hall and still on the main floor, residents have access to a fitness room, laundry facilities, and a bicycle storage room with direct access to the outside.
Each floor offers convenient recycling stations and lounge seating areas. The building is also equipped with two elevators.

Langdon Woods is the first Residence Hall in New Hampshire to receive LEED Certification at the Gold Level. LEED: Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, is a voluntary, national standard for developing high-performance, sustainable buildings. LEED emphasizes state of the art strategies for sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection and indoor environmental quality.*
