In addition to the Manager, NTSA is staffed by 6 Apartment Community Advisors; all of which are also responsible for management of the WMAC area.

The NTSA consists of 30 units available to students 23 years of age and older and graduate students. These one- and two-bedroom apartments are fully furnished.

The apartments are next to the White Mountain Apartment Complex area nestled into the side of a hill. The apartments are fully furnished and available year-round. Laundry facilities are available in the complex along with vending, and a study area which are housed in the Centre Lodge along with the administrative office for the complexes.
