
Morning Bootcamp
Come Join a student - centered environment where you can challenge your fitness experience and participate in a supportive but challenging group environment where you will learn and participate in a variety of exercises which will be performed in repetition.
Get a healthy start to your morning by jogging, weight training, relays, calisthenics, and stretching for two weeks straight!
Stretching for Flexibility
This class will provide basic stretching skills and alignment principles for any kind of activity. You will gain increased flexibility, reduced muscle tension, and a more relaxed body, all of which contribute to reduced injury. This will be great for weight lifters, athletes, outdoor enthusiasts and anyone looking to increase and maintain flexibility.
Zumba
Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. It allows you to want to work out, to love working out and to get hooked. Zumba Fanatics achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exhilarating hour of caloric-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!
Yoga
Learn skillful ways to relieve tension, build strength and flexibility, and rest in the deep peace of your true nature. Yoga is good medicine for the stress-related discomforts of our hectic lifestyles, as well as a good practice in living with kindness towards yourself and others.
