Entry registration dates have been established for each sport and are listed on the Recreation Programs registration sheets. Completed forms for both individual and team sports may be dropped off between the hours of 10 a.m. and 7 p.m., Monday—Thursday and 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Friday, by the posted deadline at the Recreation Programs Desk (HUB Room 015). All registration forms must be accompanied by the appropriate registration fee (unless noted otherwise). Team Rosters will not be accepted without payment.
Changes to the team roster may only be made for one week (seven days) from the first competition. A participant is not permitted to transfer from one team to another once the Change in Roster freeze is incurred. If a participant transfers teams within the appropriate time period, the players' name must be removed from his/her original team. Individual players may not participate on two teams in the same division. Change in Roster forms will not be accepted at Intramural events. An official Change in Roster form can be picked up from the Recreation Programs Desk, HUB Room 015. Roster changes can be made and submitted to the Recreation Programs Desk. If a player participates in a game and does not appear on the roster, that game (as well as previous games) will be subject to forfeit by that team (See Forfeits).
All players are responsible for signing their own names and providing student ID number's. A team captain or teammate may not sign for any players other than themselves. (See Accident and Injuries).
Note: Discretion in choosing team names is advised. Recreation Programs reserves the right to make changes to any team names deemed inappropriate. The same team name that was deemed appropriate in previous years may no longer be appropriate.
