Benefits to Having a Personal Trainer
Our trainers will help you practice healthier habits and select your individualized path to a healthier lifestyle. The challenge is to start and stick to a program that helps you obtain your personal wellness goals. Fitness is not as hard or complicated as it may seem.
Our trainers, will encourage, simplify the workout session, so it’s not just coming to the gym and working out, but engaging in something fun and good for your over all wellbeing. The human body has been known to adapt to a specific task, environment or activity, and this is why some people see results in the beginning or an exercise program, then hit a plateau. Constantly modifying your exercise program, challenging yourself, will keep the body guessing and you will continue to see results. Our trainers are here to help and get the most out of your workout routine.
Meet the Personal TrainersAll of our personal trainers hold national current certification with ACSM and ACE. In addition our trainers are exercise physiology and exercise science majors.
1. Kingsley Kabari: Kingsley is a senior at PSU majoring in exercise physiology and is a certified personal trainer. He worked at the greater Manchester YMCA for 3 years as a fitness coach. He also completed his internship at Speare Memorial Hospital in Plymouth NH in the Cardiac rehab clinic.
