Recreation plays an important role in our lives. In the university setting, where stress and deadlines are a daily occurrence, recreation opportunities provide a positive outlet for students, faculty and staff to practice healthy lifestyle choices.

Recreation programs offer more than just a fitness room and intramural sports.  Throughout the year there are special opportunities to get involved, get active and try something new.  Whether it’s a 5k Fun Run, sailing on Lake Winnipesaukee, or taking ZUMBA! It’s easy to take advantage of the non-academic side of college.  Follow us on Facebook to keep up with these offerings and to win prizes.
