Athletic training using a variety of strength and cardio intervals to challenge all muscle groups!
PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, it cranks up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.
On Tuesdays, the class is run as an All Terrain class: A FUN ride starting with an easy flat road to warm up, then progressing through a variety of terrain on flats and hills to challenge your strength and aerobic capacity, ending the ride with a cool down and stretch! Thursdays will focus on Endurance/Strength/Interval training zones to challenge your heart and leg muscles! If you have a heart rate monitor please bring it with you to this class!!
Our newest class combines strength training with spin! Start the class at 5:30 with a 30 minute endurance ride (getting the cardio up and maintaining it through the entire 30 minutes) then jump off the bikes and begin our strength session.
