Ballecore Class
Ballecore is a strenghtening and toning class for all fitness levels. The class incorporates hatha yoga, pilates and ballet strengthening exercises to give you an all over strenghthening, agility and stretching. Stability balls, medicine balls, and ballet bars are utilized to incorporate resistence and balance training. There is no dancing –this is purely a strength and stretch class.
Revolution X
Revolution X is a class combining 15 minutes of bootcamp/kickboxing;15 minutes of Vinyasa Power Yoga and 15 minutes of Abs. This class is for all exercise levels and will challenge your body to strenghten and get lean and will exercise your mind to focus and overcome the physical challenge of the class. Don’t miss out!
Yoga

Swing class
East Coast Swing is fun and energetic. It encompasses music from the big band swing era to rock and roll to the swing revival of the 90′s. Develop confidence on the social dance floor with a variety of moves and partnership skills. Come with or without a partner.
Salsa class
Salsa is a hot club dance. Learn the basics and some spicy moves you can use on the social dance floor. Acquire leading and following skills to stay in sync with a partner. Come to class with or without a partner.
