Lori enjoys designing training programs that are safe, efficient, effective and fun based on the ACSM recommendations of 30 minutes of moderate physical activity most days of the week and resistance training 2-3 days a week .
Lori’s goal is to offer personal training that is effective and affordable while keeping your time in the gym to a minimum to help you take that first step to starting a new exercise program or to update the one they have been doing.

What to Expect Each Appointment
A personal trainer will:
- Help you safely start and maintain an effective exercise program
- Develop an exercise program specifically designed according to your personal health history, needs, limitations, and goals
- Provide motivation, encouragement and accountability to your exercise program
- Serve as a resource to objective and accurate health and fitness information
- Help you fit exercise into your busy schedule to make the most efficient use of your time
A fitness assessment includes:
- Body composition

Personal training may include:
- Resistance training and cardiovascular training
- Flexibility training
- Sport-specific training and conditioning
