Undergraduate: BS Physical Education (2004), teacher certification with Minor in Health;
Graduate: MED Health Education, teacher certification (anticipating 2008)
Anything outside and active!! Skiing, hiking, camping, climbing, teaching how to live active and healthy lifestyles, biking, coaching and playing soccer, coaching and playing lacrosse, sitting by a fire, reading, learning about what I do not know yet.
The accomplishments and fears I overcame while spending a week on the PSU ropes course through the Graduate High/Low Ropes Facilitator Training Course. After reflecting upon the high ropes elements I participated in and the information I gained from the course, I grew and built self-confidence more that week than any other week of my life.
