Rolling, Maneuvers, & Rescue Pool Sessions – Kayak/Canoe

This class will teach basic kayaking maneuvers & rescue skills. It is open to boaters of all skill levels, no previous experience is necessary.

SOLO Wilderness First Aid / Wilderness First Responder Review

Time: 9 a.m. – 9 p.m.

  • Wilderness First Aid w/o CPR – $195
  • Wilderness First Aid w/ CPR – $225
  • Wilderness First Responder Review w/o CPR – $215
  • Wilderness First Responders Review w/ CPR  $245

Registration Deadline: May 21, 2013

Provides the knowledge needed to handle medical emergencies requiring extended care in remote backcountry settings. Emphasis is in prevention, decision-making and treatment. Those who successfully complete the course and pass the exams will receive certifications. This course is taught using a combination of lecture, scenarios and rescue simulations. Cost includes lodging for the first eight people who register. Call for more details.
