In addition to the Manager, the area is staffed by 6 Apartment Community Advisors.

The WMAC consists of 136 apartments (2 and 4 person) originally built in 1977. In the Fall of 1990, the newer portion was added. The apartments are designed for Junior and Senior students who were ready to live in a more independent fashion.

The apartments are fully furnished and assigned as two students per bedroom. Laundry facilities are available in several areas throughout the complex along with vending, a computer cluster, and a study area which are housed in the Centre Lodge.

Each apartment includes local telephone, cable and high speed data connections.
