Morgridge Family Scholarships Awarded

The 2010 summer recipients of the The Morgridge Family Scholarship have been announced. Congratulation to:

The Morgridge Family Scholarship is a stipend that is bestowed bi-annually to Plymouth State University students who are planning to enroll in a credit bearing internship in the tradition of experiential learning.

“I really like working there[Kimball Union Academy] and daily feel that there is always something new. I am always working on the main projects for bits and pieces of the day with other faculty and staff..I also love the atmosphere which makes it really enjoyable to go to work every day.The people are great, the community is wonderful, and the surroundings are unbelievable.This internship highly relates to classes at Plymouth State University. The main classes so far that it has related to are all excel classes such as Business Statistics and Business Computer Applications. Other classes that are good and relate well would be all the finance, accounting and management classes. The main one should be Financial Accounting, Management Accounting and Financial Management.”
