This is a complementary service that would typically cost up to $12 each photo. Plymouth State University is pleased to offer you National Student Exchange (NSE), a domestic parallel to studying abroad. NSE is the only comprehensive, university-level, student exchange program in the United States. It is an interinstitutional study program.
