The Box Office is closed on most campus holidays.  When in doubt, please phone ahead or check our web site before making a trip to purchase tickets.

• Fall/Spring Hours (September - May):  Monday - Friday, 11am - 5pm and 1 hour prior to performances.
• Summer Hours (June - August): Monday - Friday, noon - 5pm and 1 hour prior to performances.

Ordering Tickets By Phone

You may purchase tickets by  phone with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit card. Call (603) 535-ARTS (2787) or outside the local area:  800-779-3869.

Ordering Tickets Online

You may purchase tickets online by clicking on the Buy Online! links or the Tickets.com logo located on each individual event page. 

Ordering Tickets by Fax

You may send orders by fax: (603) 535-2917 using our printable order form (PDF).

If you are not using the ticket order form from our brochure, please remember to include name and date of performance, the number of tickets being purchased and payment information, including credit card billing address (be sure to add a $2 handling fee).

General Information

• All sales are final; there are no refunds or exchanges.  In case of inclement weather, if the event is presented as scheduled, we are contractually obligated to pay performers and are, therefore, unable to offer refunds.
• Phone, mail, fax and Internet orders are charged a $2 processing fee per order (there are no feels for hone orders of free tickets only).  Internet sales also have a per ticket convenience fee.

Discounts

• PSU student and Faculty/Staff discounts are available on select events with presentation of PSU ID at the Box Office window.
  
• Senior citizens rates apply to age 62 and above.
• Youth rates apply up to age 18.
• Discounted subscription tickets are available for Silver Series events.  Please call the box office for more information.
• Group discounts are available on select events, contact the Box Office for details.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available year round at the Box Office.

Accessibility

All performances are wheelchair accessible and assisted learning devices are available for the hearing impaired.  Please notify the Box Office when purchasing tickets if you need these or other assisted services.
