Social Work Projects
- Child Welfare Partnership: The Child Welfare Education project at Plymouth State University was established in 2000 to provide child welfare education and training to undergraduate social work students. The project is funded through the Division of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF), New Hampshire Department of Health & Human Services with Title IV-E of the Social Security Act federal funding and grants and contracts to the University.
- Geriatric Enrichment Project: The Social Work Department at Plymouth State University is a participant in a national project, funded by the John A. Hartford Foundation through the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE), to support geriatric enrichment in the curriculum of accredited undergraduate and graduate social work programs. PSU is one of 24 accredited baccalaureate social work (B.S.W.) programs in the country that received funding for this initiative.
