PSU Student Handbook: Timely Reports of Threat to Campus

If a situation that may constitute a threat to the University community is reported to Campus Police or local police agencies designated University officials will meet to determine whether or not a warning system should be implemented, in hopes to prevent any further occurrences. Efforts will be made to protect the privacy of victims of the reported crimes.

Some examples of warning system methods may include but are not limited to; news release through the local radio stations and local newspapers and/or posting notices in campus buildings.
