All students are strongly encouraged to have health insurance coverage, although it is not required for attendance at PSU.  For those without coverage by family or employment, a Blue Cross individual plan is available through local agencies here in Plymouth or around the state. 

1. Athletes are required to have coverage as stipulated under NCAA guidelines.
2. Students who participate in a study abroad program or faculty lead short-term program outside of the United States are required to have appropriate health coverage.
