Applicable within University housing:

1. Students are responsible for their Residential Life keys including appropriate use of the keys.
2. Unauthorized duplication of Residential Life keys is prohibited.
3. Unauthorized use or possession of Residential Life keys is prohibited.
4. Residential Life keys must be returned immediately to Residential Life Staff when requested.

If a Residential Life key is lost or damaged the student may be charged for a lock change and replacement of the key or keys if additional keys need to be replaced.

If a student needs to have a staff member unlock their room or check out a key to gain access to their apartment, they may be assessed a charge.
