1. Students are expected to check their HUB suite boxes and University email accounts regularly (a minimum of 2-3 times per week) and keep their mailbox empty.
2. Students are responsible for familiarity of official notices posted in or on the outside of residence halls, administrative buildings, academic buildings, and the Hartman Union.

Failure to check personal HUB mailbox or University email regularly will not excuse students from University request, deadline, discipline related letters or receiving notification pertaining to the addressee of University or personal activities.
