Starting with the '08-'09 Academic Year students will be required to subscribe for Voice Service in their Residence Hall Rooms or Apartments.
Dial tone will not be provided unless the student subscribes for the service. A link for the Subscription Form can be found to the left. In case of emergency,
students will have access to newly installed emergency phones on each floor of residential buildings on campus.
