First Time Login

1. Dial 2700.

2. If you are dialing from your room, press #. Otherwise, enter your extension and then press #.

3. Press 1#.

**Please note this is for logging in at the start of the academic year when no one else has configured the voicemail for your extension. If someone has already gone through these steps then use these steps:

Changing Name and Password

Changing the name of a voicemail account.

Step 1. PRESS 5.
Step 2. PRESS 5 because you're going to change the name associated with the account.
Step 3. Say your name after the prompt and then press
Step 4. PRESS # to approve your name.

*Your name is now associated with the voicemail account.

Changing the password of a voicemail account.

Step 1. PRESS 5.
Step 2. PRESS 4 because you're going to change the password for the account.
Step 3. Enter a new password, at least 5 digits, and press #.
Step 4. Re-enter the new password and press #.

*The password has been changed now.
