Voice Mail Troubleshooting

Hey, I changed rooms. Now What?

If you have changed rooms or have moved to off-campus housing, please notify the Telecommunications Office, extension 2222, so that we can update our directory listing.

Voice Mail

• In voice mail you get the message: 'Your mailbox is more than 50% full, please delete unneeded messages or greetings.'

• In voice mail you get the message: 'Your mailbox is more than 80% full, please delete unneeded messages or greetings.'

• PHONE: How do I change the namestamp on my voicemail?

• PHONE: What do I do if I am checking voicemail for the first time?

• PHONE: What is the Personal Billing Number (PBN) and what do I do if I have forgotten it?

• When you are attempting to log into voice mail and get 'Contact Administrator for Help, please disconnect.'

Technical Problems

Any problems in the use of phone services should be reported to the Telecommunications Office located in Speare, extension 2222. There will not be a charge if the problem is with the system lines or equipment. A service fee will be required if repair is due to damage by the student or student owned equipment attached to the system.
