PURCHASING TRAVEL TICKETS - Air / Rail / Bus

Reservations can be made with any travel agency or airline directly for those holding a travel p-card or with a personal credit card (which will be reimbursed after the trip).

Conferences and conventions frequently block off sections of airline seats at very low prices. Please be sure to give the agency or airlines the file code numbers indicated in the conference materials.

A traveler may request the travel agency to obtain a car rental reservation if needed. Travelers will be reimbursed after the trip via a Travel Expense Voucher and original receipts must be included.

Travel tickets and hotel accommodations may be made using internet travel sites if desired. UNH has been successful using several travel websites- their list is included here for your convenience:
