The Provost is the senior member of the President's Cabinet and Chief Academic Officer of the institution and has particular authority and responsibility for advancing the academic excellence of the University. After the President, the Provost is the principal officer of the University providing leadership for Plymouth State University's strategic objectives, working on behalf of student and faculty success in learning and creativity, and setting the academic vision and intellectual tone for the campus.
