A: You should notify the police right away. In the state of NH, you can be arrested and charged for hazing for just knowing about it having occurred and failing to report it, regardless of whether you participated in it or not.
Q: If people are smoking marijuana in my room but I am not smoking, can I still get arrested?
A: Yes - The same rules apply to both your residence and your vehicle. You can be arrested and held responsible for any illegal items found in your room, backpack, car etc...
