National Writing Project Teacher Consultant

This certificate program is designed for writing project fellows who wish to assume leadership roles within the project. It provides an extensive background in pedagogy, research and theory in the teaching of writing, as well as in facilitation of professional development programming and the mentoring of other teachers.

Getting started is easy, just complete the online application for admission and provide a transcript showing the successful completion of a bachelor’s degree or higher and a current résumé. No admissions tests are required. A minimum 3.0 GPA is required to complete the graduate certificate.
