Creating a Class Schedule
Below are some resources to use when trying to create your course schedule, while satisfying all graduation requirements:
- Recommended course sequences – Don’t worry if you haven’t the slightest idea which courses to take. Below are sample schedules of the classes you should take each year, depending on your degree option:
- Class Schedule Search – Use the CTRL key to select multiple (or all) academic departments at once! The course search can be easier to use, but it may not give updated information about how many available seats there are. Look for other search tips here.
- Degree evaluation – Can’t remember which requirements you’ve already filled? Log in to Degree Works to see a list:
- Log in to myPlymouth.
- Click on the Services tab.
- Click on Student.
- Click on Student and Bursar Records.
- Click on the Degree Works option.
- Accessing the registration portal – Can’t remember how to get to the add/drop screen? Here are some step-by-step directions:
- Log in to myPlymouth.
- Click on the Services tab.
- In the “Banner Self Service” channel, click the Student & Financial Aid link.
- Click on Registration.
- Click on Add/Drop Classes.
- Select the appropriate term.
- You will be asked for an Alternate Pin. Your alternate pin will be given to you by me.
- You are now in the Add/Drop Classes page.
- Registration errors – This list will tell you what particular errors mean and how to address them.
