HI 3340 - New Hampshire and New England History
US Group. Studying New Hampshire and New England history allows students to learn more about a particular region and to see how past events and movements at the local level interacted with or were influenced by various events and cultural changes on the national and international levels. New Hampshire furnishes an example of a state that played a fairly important role in colonial history and then declined in importance as the United States grew in area and population. The topics covered should create an awareness of the place of New Hampshire and New England in the various events that make up United States History. Fall of odd years. (WRCO)
