An Update from Dan Sullivan ’83, Annual Gifts Officer
In a few short weeks, 2011 will come to a close. The year was filled with challenges and successes for the University, our students, and our alumni. The most significant challenge for the University was the $6.6 million loss to the operating budget in this fiscal year. Our students and their families felt the impact of this cut through a substantial increase in tuition and fees.
To help offset this decrease in funding, our Annual Fund student callers teamed up with students from the Professional Sales Leadership Program to contact alumni during the annual fall calling drive. We hope you had a chance to speak with our student callers and learn about what’s happening on campus.
As the end of the year approaches, if you haven’t already, please consider making a gift to support Plymouth State and our students. Your annual gift is an investment in the future and is vital to our success. You can make your gift online or mail your gift to Plymouth State University, MSC 50, 17 High Street, Plymouth, NH 03264. There is still time to participate and we hope you will do so.
