Q: How do I update my personal information with Plymouth State?

A: To alert us to changes in address or other life events, please use our Class Notes submission form.

Q: Help! I can’t remember my myPlymouth username and password. What do I do?

A: Please visit http://my.plymouth.edu and click on the links that say: “What is my password?” and “What is my username?” These links will help you to recover your username and password. If you have any further questions or problems please contact the Advancement Office at 1 (800) 772-2620 or the IT Help Desk at (603) 535-2929.

Q: How can I opt-out of emergency text alerts?

A: There are two ways to do this: 1) Reply with “Stop” to one of the text alerts. This will cancel any future notifications. 2) Log in to myPlymouth, click on “Emergency Notification” on the left hand side and click “opt-out.” If you have any issues or questions, please contact the IT Help Desk at (603) 535-2929.

Q: I need my transcripts. How do I get them?

A: To receive a copy of your transcript, please follow this link to the Registrar’s Requesting Transcripts webpage. From here you can request an official transcript with or without your myPlymouth credentials, and have it sent to your home or office.

Q: How can I get more involved with fellow alumni and/or my alma mater?

A: That’s what we like to hear! There are many opportunities for alumni and volunteers to engage with one another and the University through alumni services and programming. For more information about volunteering, visit the Alumni Relations website or contact Rodney Ekstrom, director of alumni relations at (603) 535-2217.

Q: I haven’t received Plymouth Magazine. What do I do?

A :If you’re not receiving the magazine, it’s likely that we don’t have your current address. Please update your contact information and we’ll be sure to update your record.

Q: I’m not getting the monthly alumni e-newsletter, A View from Rounds Tower. How can I be added to the list?

A: It’s very likely that we don’t have your current e-mail address. Please update your contact information and we’ll be sure to send you the monthly update from your alma mater.

Q: I haven't received any invitations to alumni events. What do I need to do?

A: Again, it’s very likely that we don’t have your current contact information. Many of our event invitations are sent via e-mail; please be sure to provide us with your preferred e-mail address and we’ll hope to see you soon!

Q: How do I buy Plymouth State merchandise?

A: Show that Plymouth State pride! You can order Plymouth State merchandise through Alumni Relations or the Plymouth State Bookstore.

Q: My diploma was damaged. Am I able to order a new one?

A: Yes! The Registrar’s Office processes all requests for new or duplicate diplomas. There is a $45 fee per diploma and it takes 6-8 weeks to process. Please complete a Diploma Reorder Form and mail or fax it to the Registrar’s Office.
