A master's degree in accounting will prepare you for a rewarding career in industry, public, governmental or non-profit accounting.
The Master of Science (MS) in Accounting is designed for accounting professionals interested in pursuing licensure as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or certification as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). This program prepares students for high demand careers with course content specifically geared to help prepare students for the rigorous certification exams. This program is delivered completely and conveniently online* and is accredited through the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP).
*The MS in Accounting is not suitable for international students requiring a student visa from PSU due to its online delivery format.

Admissions requirements for the MS in Accounting requires the following materials to be submitted through our online application
- Recommended 3.0 or better GPA in undergraduate coursework
- Official transcripts from any/all college level work
- Three professional recommendations
- Current Resume
- Statement of interest
- NH Residency Verification form (NH residents only)
Deadlines
Students pursuing Accounting programs can apply for admission to any of the upcoming semesters. Here are the deadlines for 2024:
