Planning Your Event and Room Requests

All indoor and outdoor on-campus spaces must be reserved through Events and Conference Planning. To request a space from Events and Conference Planning, please choose from the following:

Room Request for Students, Faculty and Staff
Room Request Form for Alumni, Community Members, and Friends of PSU

Your request will usually be processed within 48 hours. To help ensure space availability, please submit requests at least two weeks before your event date. Some locations must be booked months ahead of time.

Please check the Facilities chart to determine that the facility you are requesting is appropriate for your event:

  • Is it large enough?
  • Does it have the audio visual equipment you need?
  • Is food allowed?

Please contact us with your event needs.

If an outdoor venue is preferred, consider reserving a rain location as well.  Please be mindful that New England weather has the potential to disrupt plans for events and should be taken into consideration during the planning process.

Please note: No reservation is final until you receive confirmation and your reference number via email from our office.  All catering requests must go through our approved vendor, Chartwells.
