“Meat Production, Processing and Market Demand in New Hampshire,” a research project facilitated by CRP,  exploring whether New Hampshire residents raising livestock would be well served by a state certified meat processing plant, has gained national attention in recent weeks. The research team is lead by Rachelle Lyons and includes two student researchers, Jessica Wilhem and Taylor Dillingham.  The article has been picked up by the associated press and newspapers nation wide!
