- Pick up cap, gown, and graduate student hood. Note: Students also may pick up regalia at the PSU Bookstore beginning March 16 (through May 8) or at an event on April 2 from 4 to 7 p.m. in Concord (see details below). Students may also have their regalia mailed to them through the PSU Bookstore (see details below).
- Pick up your tickets to the ceremony
- Order announcement cards.
- Attend Federal Stafford and Perkins Loan mandatory counseling sessions.
- Pick up Alumni Association benefits package.
- Have your resume reviewed by Career Services or Human Resources.

Cap, gown, and graduate student hood pick-up at the PSU Bookstore in the HUB. You also may request that the PSU Bookstore mail your regalia to you. Call the PSU Bookstore at (603) 535-2266 to place your order. A $7.50 shipping and handling fee will apply.

GRADUATE STUDENTS ONLY: Students who expect to complete degree requirements between now and August 2015 and would like to participate in the May ceremony must petition by April 1 at the latest. Please note that all students must petition to graduate whether or not they plan to participate in the May ceremony. To download the petition form, which includes important information on conferral dates and deadlines, visit: plymouth.edu/graduate/academics/forms and select the “Petition for MA, MAT, MBA, MEd, MS, CAGS, and EdD Degree Conferral” form in the “Degree/Program Completion Forms” section. Once the completed petition form (and payment, if submitting late) has been received, a memorandum of missing requirements will be e-mailed. This memorandum outlines any outstanding requirements that must be met prior to degree conferral. A signed copy of the memorandum must be returned to the College of Graduate Studies.
