Aerobics/Fitness students will be introduced to various aerobic modalities for incorporating fitness as a lifelong activity that is intended to maintain and enhance physical health, wellness, and psychological well-being. This course provides information the student will need to access and utilize on-line resources to improve overall fitness.

This remote course is designed to allow participants to improve their cardiovascular endurance, muscle endurance, strength, and flexibility.

Students examine the potential fitness benefits of engaging aerobic activity on a regular basis and the psychological benefits associated with the betterment of one’s well-being and quality of life.
