Since Plymouth State is a residential campus, it is always active with students from all walks of life from around the globe! The size of our campus allows for interpersonal connections, increased participation in campus life and easier access to support systems, whether academic, social, or personal. Our close proximity to Plymouth’s Main Street also means there is a close connection between the University and the greater community. Students are expected to live on campus if space is available.
If you are an incoming student who is 19+ years of age or sophomore status or above, you are eligible to request housing in the University Apartments. Most newly admitted students will reside in double or triple rooms in one of our traditional residence halls: Blair, Geneva Smith, Grafton, Mary Lyon, or Pemigewasset. Langdon Woods triple rooms with a private bathroom are now available to first-year students!
Plymouth State offers a variety of on-campus housing options for students, from traditional single or shared rooms, to multi-bedroom apartments. Each residence hall is staffed with professional Residence Directors as well as paraprofessional Community Advisors.
