Residential Life

Since Plymouth State University is a residential campus, it is active with students from various areas around the globe and from all walks of life! Our campus size allows for more interpersonal connections, increased participation in campus life and easier and greater access to support systems whether academic, social or personal. Our live-on policy is a reflection of our commitment to a residential campus and our close ties to the Plymouth community. For more information, please see the live-on requirement policy here or visit our Frequently Asked Questions page.

Most first-years will reside in double or triple rooms in one of our traditional residence halls: Belknap, Blair, Geneva Smith, Grafton, and Pemigewasset. Newly admitted Upper Division students and Grad students are eligible to request housing in the University Apartments, Langdon Woods, Mary Lyon, and Merrill Place. You can learn more about our housing options here.
