Gluten Free Zone

This area is intended for those with a gluten sensitivity or Celiac’s Disease. Gluten is the protein found in wheat, rye and barley, and should be avoided by those who are sensitive to it. The items found in this cooler and at this station are gluten free (GF). If you do not need to restrict gluten in your diet, please be respectful to the students who utilize this area by keeping it gluten free.

  • Individual Packets of Margarine
  • Individual Packets of Cream Cheese
  • GF Breads

  • Individually wrapped GF meals (pasta with vegetables, pasta with chicken, pizza, meatballs) – varies

If you would like one of these items, but you cannot find it in the cooler, please ask one of our dining room employees to help you.

*In addition, stations in the dining hall are equipped with individual pans in which to cook gluten free items separately from foods that contain gluten.  Please let your server know if you have a gluten intolerance so that he or she may prepare your food accordingly.
