About Elisabeth Rosencrum
Dr. Rosencrum comes to her position at Plymouth State University with a clinical background in athletic training, having served as an athletic trainer at the NCAA Division I & III collegiate level for 9 years. Her research interests include the recruitment and professional socialization of successful athletic training students, various pedagogical strategies for the classroom and clinical setting, and the mentorship of clinical preceptors in athletic training. Dr. Rosencrum enjoys working with students through their professional development and transition to practice. She also serves the athletic training community as a reviewer for the National Athletic Trainers’ Association Scholarship Review Committee, and as a Site Visitor for the Commission on Accreditation for Athletic Training Education.
At PSU, Dr. Rosencrum teaches in the professional and post-professional level Masters in Athletic Training Programs, and the Allied Health Sciences program.
