Profile
Fran Rancourt has been teaching for PSU since 2007 in the Library Media and Education Technology Integrator programs. She has served on many accreditation committees and has been awarded several Distinguish Faculty Awards from institutions around our nation. Fran is well- known for her assessment work with the Granite State College Davis Grant (2008-2011). She is a native of the state of New Hampshire and grew up along the seacoast. In 2007, she finished her doctoral degree in education, which is focused on instruction and leadership. She has completed many research projects that involved several intense studies on How Adults Learn; Education and Technology in the Classroom, and Critical Thinking in Higher Education. She received her Master’s in Adult Learning and Human Relations at PSU and holds a degree in Behavioral Science, as well as being certified in Information Technology.
