Karen Goyette has spent over a decade working with all age levels and abilities of ELLs in Colorado, Ohio, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts. She has worked with ELL refugees of all ages, ELLs in grades K- 12, and adult ELLs in public and private colleges/universities. Karen is extensively involved with ESOL at the NH state level and serves on many varied committees to help ensure state policies and procedures reflect the unique nature of ELLs and the teachers with whom they work. Karen served on the Executive Board for NNETESOL, and currently serves on the Publications Committee for MATSOL Currents. Karen has worked as an ELL administrator and currently teaches ELLs in southern New Hampshire. She holds NH and MA certification in ESOL K-12, as well as ACCESS and Alt. ACCESS certification K-12.
