Plymouth State Philanthropy Awards
Each year on Founders Day, Plymouth State recognizes donors who make a difference for students and the University through their philanthropic leadership. University Advancement accepts nominations for R.E. Collins Philanthrophy Medal and the Bonnie Breen-Wagner ’72, ‘74G Employee Philanthrophy Award.
Every Tuesday we recognize a donor with a #ThankfulTuesday post on social media. This is fun way we can show appreciation to our loyal donors. If you are interested in being featured please complete the form linked below.
Plymouth State donors’ generosity impacts generations of students. Donors’ gifts can be recognized by naming scholarships, support funds, campus facilities and fixtures, departments, schools, and colleges, and university posts for the individuals or organizations that have supported them. In addition, the university offers a number of ways to honor a respected friend or colleague, or memorialize a loved one through naming of fixtures and facilities. For information on naming opportunities across campus, contact John Scheinman at (603) 535-2291.
Plymouth State’s worthy and deserving students are supported through merit and need-based scholarships. Depending on the type and length of support, the funds may be named to honor individuals or organizations. Funds may be established to support both undergraduate and graduate students.
A wide selection of physical spaces on the Plymouth campus may bear the name of a donor this includes but is not limited to athletic facilities and fields, exhibition and art galleries, centers, public gather locations, academic and campus life buildings and offices, benches, and trees.
