Plymouth State Boston-Logan AIRPORT PICK-UP (pre-reservation required!)

Wednesday, August 26th, 2015 @12:00PM
Terminal E Arrivals — In front of Dunkin’ Donuts
We are excited to welcome you to Plymouth State! Brianna and Ronja, two of our Global Orientation Leaders, will meet you in front of the Dunkin’ Donuts — they will be wearing PSU shirts and carrying a Plymouth State University sign.  For your information, Brinna’s contact number is 203-522-6699 and Ronja’s contact number is 603-306-9282. They will check-in your arrival and lead you to our shuttle vans promptly at 12:00pm. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early (11:45am) to the Dunkin’ Donuts!

Arriving to the Airport from Boston
Many of you will be staying in Boston and coming to the airport for the pick-up. Please plan your transportation accordingly and arrive to Terminal E Arrivals with time to spare: http://www.mbta.com/riding_the_t/logan/
Arriving from another Terminal
Please be aware that if you arriving from a domestic flight from another US city you will have to collect your bags plan to make your way to Terminal E, International Arrivals.
Emergency Back-Up Plans:
Backup Plan 1: 4:30pm Pick-Up
Flight delays or other travel situations may prevent you from making the 12:00pm airport pick-up. At 4:30pm on August 26, there will be a Global PSU staff member (Sandy McGarr, contact number: 603-960-4181 and Jess Morel, contact number: 603-412-2494) making a different airport pick-up from the same location (Terminal E Arrivals, Dunkin’ Donuts). If you miss the 12:00pm pick-up, you may wait for Sandy and Jess at 4:30pm. We will know who you are because there will be a check-in sheet for the the 12:00pm pick-up with Brianna and Ronja. If you missed the 12:00pm and you didn’t check-in, then Sandy and Jess will wait for you. If there is room in the van, you will ride with them.
Backup Plan 2: Concord Coach bus to Plymouth, NH
If there is no room to ride with Sandy and Jess, they will instruct you on how to take the Concord Coach bus (http://www.concordcoachlines.com/) which departs the airport at 5:40pm for Plymouth, New Hampshire and will arrive in Plymouth, NH at 8:30pm. The cost of a one way ticket is $30. Just board the bus and tell the driver you are going to Plymouth, New Hampshire. You will pay for the ticket when the bus arrives in South Station (the first stop after the airport). To get to the Concord Coach bus, exit the airport building toward ‘Ground Transportation’ and the bus will pick you up by the curb.  The bus says Concord Coach on the side.  Make sure that you ask the driver to make sure the bus is going to Plymouth, New Hampshire.  Bus transportation is recommended, as a taxi ride will be hundreds of dollars (Plymouth State is approximately a 2 hour drive from Boston).
We wish you all safe travels and the best of luck in your final preparations for your next great adventure at Plymouth State University! If you have any questions at any time or your travel plans change, please contact us as soon as possible at Thomas Janis at tnjanis@plymouth.edu or Jane Barry at jane.barry@plymouth.edu
Bon voyage!  See you soon!
