My experience at Plymouth State University so far, has been nothing but positive. People are very friendly, and it is a community that makes you feel at home.

There are some differences between the American culture and where I come from, but being on campus surrounded by all so many good people makes me feel at ease.

The professors are very understanding and helpful. The professors are always willing to go beyond expectations to make sure that I understand the material and content in my classes. For me, it’s the community, and people that make the experience.

Plymouth State University is the perfect school for international students. With people from all over the world, I have opportunities to make new connections and learn about different cultures. The Center of Global Engagement is doing a great job in aiding international students involvement in different events and assists us in understanding the American Culture. The teachers are also really helpful and easy to understand. They provide the necessary tools to succeed academically. The small class size is also something beneficial for me as an international student. Small class sizes makes it easier to participate in class discussions, and develop relationships with the professor.
